Professor Ziaul Huq

Professor Ziaul Huq is on the faculty of College of Business Administration at University of Nebraska at Omaha, USA.  His research interests include quality management in healthcare, business process reengineering (BPR), lean systems, and change management.  He has numerous publications in national and international journals, his recent publications have appeared in Journal of Change Management, Service Quality Management, Business Process Management Journal, Total Quality Management, Quality Management in Healthcare, Healthcare Management Review, Journal of Manufacturing Systems, Production Planning and Control, Simulation, International Journal of Operations and Production Management, and International Journal of Quality & Reliability Management.  He has provided expert management advice to Gateway Computers, First Data Resources, First National Bank of Omaha, and a number of Nebraska businesses.  Professor Huq serves on the University of Nebraska faculty senate, and is a US Fulbright Scholar.
